Common questions

I lost my organizer link. We cannot look it up for you, because we only keep a one-way hash of it. Ask the AI app to show the earlier result, or create a new page.

Report a page. Every shared page has a "Report abuse" link. You can also email us the page link.

The AI app did not use it. Mention it by name in your request, for example "Use Zovo Gift List to ...".

Is my data stored? Only the shared pages you create and the answers people give on them, until 365 days at most plus 30 days; the organizer can delete a page sooner. See the privacy policy.

What can it not do?

Links are not allowed in items; name the store instead
Up to 80 items and 400 claims per list; pages stay open until 21 days after the occasion, at least 30 days and at most 365 days from when the list is made
It does not buy, track or deliver anything, and it does not send messages
If the owner opens the shared link, they can see which items are taken
